What’s the difference of loading device between expanding shaft and chuck plate?
The advantage of expanding shaft is full contact of shaft and bobbin, more friction with less slipping. Also, a loading platform will save manpower and it’s more efficient when changing coils. However, the expanding shaft and loading platform is more costful. Comparing to expanding shaft, a cluck plate loading device is economic and easy to maintain. A operator is necessary when changing coils. Besides, when chuck plates work,the pressure on bobbin generate the force to roll the coil. The pressure and rolling force causes more damage on bobbin of coil, also easy to slip in work.
