This is an economic type of coil coating line apply to thin ACP top/bottom coil coatings.Coil coating line is used for color coatings on the surface of the metal and this coatings will help thesolvent resistance, corrosion resistance, hardness and glossiness of coatings reach the best. Product thickness 0.02mm~0.1mm is suitable for partition panels .Line-coated is a complement for the coating construction which want to enrich product variety. Coil coating lines are also  used in limited industry.

Line coated is a continuous process for the coating of one or both sides of rolled coils of refined steel, metal,steel or aluminiumwith an organic coating material.
